Order Completion

Our warehouse will turn around orders and personalisation, picking and packing your order & despatching it. Therefore, we are unable to amend any order following the payment completion stage.
This means; delivery address or shipping method, additional items or removal of items from your order or changing sizes, colour, etc. This includes personalised items.

 

Prices

Published prices are correct in relation to launch date of the product. Prices will vary from time to time, subject to offers and promotions. Should at any point this vary from the listed price, you will immediately be advised and given the option to proceed with your order. Should it be declined, it will be wiped from our records.

 

Availability

All items displayed are generally in stock and available for immediate despatch in order to avoid delays. However, items may be held at different locations in the UK, Europe and the USA and may on occasion be subject to internal logistical delays.

 

Pre-Order

New releases may often be available for pre-order. This means that the item concerned is usually in transit on the way to one of our hubs, therefore is not ‘in stock’ but will be shipped upon arrival. Please note in stock items if included with an order with pre-orders items may/may not ship until the pre-order item is ready for shipment.

 

Sizing

All sizing is based on our size guide. Please check before ordering. There is also a useful sizing tool for gloves

Personalised items

Important: Printed and embroidered gloves, apparel and accessories cannot be retuned unless faulty (This includes items personalised with just a number).

 

Returned Goods

If for some reason any item(s) is/are not acceptable, you may return them to us provided the item(s) are not personalised in any way and sent back within 30 days of purchase.
Important: Returned items must be sent back in their original condition & packaging. Please ensure you package your return carefully in order to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
If you wish to return goods for an exchange or refund please fill in the customer returns form with your return request which will be dealt with when your return is received.
Please send the goods back in their original packaging with a courier of your choice, please note that the goods are your responsibility until we receive them back. We recommend that you send your return on a trackable service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.

 

Faulty Goods

If for some reason any item/s are faulty, you may return them to us. Please ensure all products are clean and dry and ready for fault inspection.
Please fill in the customer returns form with your return request which will be evaluated by our team when your faulty return is received, clearly explaining the reason for return along with your request for the next course of action, which may replacement, exchange or refund. We endeavour to deal with returns within 1 -2 working days, however this may be longer depending on the nature of the fault. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are received by us. We recommend that you send your return on a trackable service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.
Please enclose a copy of the posting receipt and if the item is found to be faulty we will refund this back to your account, Please be sure to return the goods within 30 days of purchase.

 

Colour Reproduction
Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the colour production of the items featured in our online store is accurate though a very slight variation may result due to the limitations of production on the internet.

 

Supply
We reserve the right to refuse to supply to an individual or company.

 

Product Packaging

Product packaging may become damaged during transportation. We do appreciate they may sometimes be gifts but due to the construction of the box it is often unavoidable.

 

Promotional Codes & Coupons

Please note these do not apply to the following:

  • SALE or OUTLET items
  • MULTI-BUY offers

Only one promotion per order is permitted. These should be applied at the Checkout as specified.
