A schoolboy player with Tottenham Hotspur, Joe signed for Queens Park Rangers in the summer of 2010.
He gained his first experience of men’s football on loan at non-league Bishop’s Stortford in March 2014 before making his Football League debut for Accrington Stanley, against Bury, that August.
He had further loan stints in League Two with Morecambe and Stevenage before an extended spell of first-team football at League One Bristol Rovers during the second half of the 2016/17 season.
Keeping an impressive eight clean sheets, he built on those performances the following campaign at Blackpool and ended the season making his QPR debut in a 3-1 home win against Birmingham City.
Joe established himself in the first team at Loftus Road at the start of the 2018/19 season and has since made over 70 appearances for the club.
